MISSION STATEMENT
Our mission is to provide professional project management, training and construction claims services from small to mega size projects optimizing both time and cost in the best interest of the client.

BACKGROUND
CPM Consulting was incorporated in 2001 by Dr.Anamaria Popescu (President) and John Jerz (Vice President) to provide project management and construction claims assistance and training to owners, architects, attorneys, and construction contractors involved with small to large scale projects in a variety of industries.

OUR ALLIANCE

CPM Consulting is an alliance of elite professionals in the Project Management and Construction Claims industries.  The collective knowledge of our alliance members covers a depth and breadth of specializations never before established in these industries. For this reason, CPM is able to offer a multitude of project services, providing "one stop shopping" for our clients.  Instead of having to hire different consultants for different services climbing the learning curve every time, the client can benefit from having one firm accomplish all of their project management needs.  CPM's alliance has the  ability to maximize productivity, quality and efficiency by tackling the learning curve only once and not reinventing the wheel each time a new service is needed.

PHILOSOPHY
We believe in collaborative consulting: clients involved with decision making, shared responsibility in participation, and providing clients with top quality work and minimization of consulting fees.  We put ethics above all else and this is reflected in the quality of our services as well as in the invoice that the client receives.  We will never compromise our position, if the facts are pointing otherwise.

CERTIFICATIONS AND TITLES

CPM Consulting is a registered engineering firm in the state of Texas as well as a Woman Owned Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) through the U.S Department of Transporation.  CPM is also registered in the Federal Government Central Contractor Registration Database (CCR). In addition, our alliance members have the following certifications and titles:
